Aşkın Tuzcuoğlu
Chairman of the Board

Aşkın Tuzcuoğlu is a co-founder and the CEO of Global Partners. He has directed the firm’s development since its founding in 2014. Aşkin holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a master’s degree in Applied Physics. Prior founding Global Partners, Aşkın worked in diverse areas of international finance, stock markets, and Project development since 1998.  Simultaneously, he ran his own company until a successful exit. Aşkın ran  the Turkish operations for an US based investment fund between 2012-2014.

Semra Keskin
Director – International Corporate Finance

Semra Keskin is a co-founder of Global Partners. She holds a bachelors degree in Administrative Sciences and also an MBA degree. She started her career in the banking sector in 1986 at Interbank and then joined the “Alternatifbank” team in 1992. She has held various positions and responsibilities in corporate banking over 25 years. She has the experience of initiating, introducing and improving a brand new bank “ABank” to the Turkish banking sector and initiated/completed various projects. Semra worked as an investment consultant for an US based Investment fund between 2012-2014.

Fethi Keskin
Director – Project Management and Development

Fethi Keskin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and also an  MBA degree. Fethi started his career at  the leading construction company STFA in 1986 and he has been in the construction sector for more than 25 years and in the  cement industry for 20 years. He specializes in Investment Management, Project Management and EPC Management in construction, cement and energy. Fethi worked as the General Manager at one of the biggest cement plants in Turkey Sançim Cement and Sönmez Cement, prior joining the Global Partners team in 2015.

Dr. Serhat Oğuz
Consultant

Serhat Oğuz holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and an MBA degree. He has a PhD. at Beykent University. Serhat worked for Yapı Kredi Bank and ABank between 1994-2011 .He has many years of experience in the banking sector as a manager, especially in corporate banking and face to face customer relations. He worked as a CFO at a privately held company prior joining the Global Partners team in 2015.

M. Uğur Uzun
Consultant

Uğur Uzun holds a bachelors degree in International relations and a master’s degree in marketing. He is studying for a Ph.D. in political sciences. Uğur worked for Finansbank, Fortisbank and Akbank as a corporate portfolio manager, branch manager and corporate banking branch manager respectively. He has many years of experience in the banking sector and face to face customer relations. He worked as a regional manager in Akbank prior joining the Global Partners team in 2018.
